Description:
Alt Degree is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in engineering consultancy or fit-out services who can drive business growth and build lasting client relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, expanding the company’s client network, and promoting engineering consultancy services across the Dubai market. Strong communication skills and an established industry network will be key to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities for engineering consultancy services.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, fit-out companies, and developers.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and sales presentations.
• Identify and pursue leads through CRM platforms, LinkedIn, digital prospecting, and cold calling.
• Support business growth by maintaining a strong sales pipeline and achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
• Experience in Fit-Out or Engineering Consultancy sales within the Dubai market.
• Good knowledge of authority approval processes.
• Strong network with contractors, fit-out companies, consultants, and developers.
• Proven experience in lead generation using CRM systems, LinkedIn, digital prospecting, and cold calling.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• UAE Driving Licence is preferred.
