We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will play a key role in the development and execution of complex architectural projects, from conceptual design to construction.

About You:

• You possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• You have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience working on architectural projects in the UAE, with a strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• You are proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, 3D Max, and other relevant design software.
• You have a collaborative spirit and thrive in a team environment, effectively communicating with design directors, project managers, engineers, and clients.
• You are a detail-oriented professional with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine conceptual architectural designs into detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead the design review process, ensuring feasibility and adherence to technical specifications.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and present design proposals to clients.
• Foster strong client relationships by actively listening to their needs and addressing their concerns.
