Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Dubai. The Senior Accountant will oversee the company’s financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The Senior Accountant will also be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and general accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations in Dubai
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Must be in UAE
- CPA qualification or equivalent is strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of real estate accounting practices and regulations • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
