Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the gypsum and ceiling division.
• Identify and target potential clients, including contractors, architects, builders, and developers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales materials and campaigns.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

Qualification:

• Proven track record of 3-5 years in sales, preferably within the gypsum and ceiling industry.
• Strong understanding of construction and building materials market dynamics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed goals.
