Please be informed that we are looking Sales & Customer Service Engineer for Dubai Location.
Job Summary:
Interact with customers to provide basic or scripted information in response to routine inquiries about products, services, follow up on confirmed PO’s and delivery status. Handle and resolve general complaints from customers in coordination with Plant in Charges, Quality Control & Dispatch team.
Duties (Authority):
- Discuss/negotiate and commit on delivery dates to customers
- Prepare & send quotes to customer based on enquiry received in coordination with Production Head
Duties (Accountability):
- Ensure the committed date of delivery is met for all orders
- Respond to all queries and concerns of assigned customers
Skills and Competency:
- Ability to use CAD
- Communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Understanding of design and production costs to include waste, downtime, scrap and re-work
