Description:
New Home Star is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Online Sales Assistant to support its Online Sales team. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy customer interaction while managing administrative processes that help sales teams operate efficiently.
The successful candidate will assist prospective homebuyers by responding to inquiries, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining communication throughout the customer journey. The role also includes CRM management, reporting, documentation, and coordination to support a seamless sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to online inquiries and engage prospective homebuyers through phone, email, text, and chat.
• Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, timelines, and purchasing goals.
• Schedule appointments for onsite sales teams and ensure smooth customer handoffs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update lead information within CRM systems.
• Document customer interactions and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare reports, track sales metrics, and support team reporting activities.
• Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, special projects, and operational tasks.
• Collaborate with sales consultants, onsite teams, and builder partners to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts from 8 AM–8 PM in Pacific Time and Central Time, including weekends.
• Flexible availability based on business requirements.
• Experience in customer service, inside sales, sales support, call center, administration, or real estate is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience using CRM platforms and maintaining customer records.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check required.
