Description:

RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Data Coordinator to support a critical data cleanup and preparation project focused on improving product and supplier data accuracy. The role will help create a reliable data foundation by reviewing, validating, organizing, and maintaining information across multiple business systems.

This project-based position focuses on data integrity and readiness rather than trade compliance analysis. The selected candidate will collaborate with teams including Purchasing, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to collect, verify, and organize data required for future business and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, organize, and cleanse Bills of Material (BOMs) to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Identify and resolve missing, inconsistent, or incorrect product and material data.

• Validate supplier information and maintain supplier contact details for purchased components.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and verify required information.

• Assist in validating material costs and compiling cost-related data, including labor and manufacturing overhead details.

• Extract, consolidate, and reconcile information from ERP systems and business applications.

• Create tracking tools, dashboards, and progress reports to monitor project completion.

• Document data sources, validation processes, and assumptions for transparency and future reference.

• Prepare clean and organized datasets for future trade compliance qualification activities.

• Recommend improvements to data quality and governance processes.

• Perform additional analytical and project-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, or related fields.

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete project deadlines.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

• Experience working with manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain data is preferred.

Strong knowledge of:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas, filtering, and data manipulation.

• Data extraction, organization, validation, and analysis of large datasets.

• Bills of Material (BOMs), product master data, and manufacturing information.

• ERP systems such as Manhattan, Great Plains, Infor, or similar platforms.

• Power BI or business intelligence reporting tools (Preferred).

• Supplier data management, procurement information, and product costing concepts.
