Description:

Crowne Plaza Hotel Abu Dhabi is currently recruiting a Reservations Agent.

The preferred candidate must be in UAE.

YOU’RE DAY TO DAY:

• Record and process all reservation inquiries made by phone, fax, or email accurately and efficiently and to convert to a sale whenever possible in order to meet hotel targets, including rooms and restaurants
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge about the Hotel and Restaurants
• Maintain knowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions
• Maintains high quality of correspondence and accuracy of information input into reservations while ensuring timeliness of correspondence.
• Maintain high Signature test call scores
• Process amendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures, etc. based on availability and strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You need to have at least 1 year experience in a similar role in hotel reservations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good attention to details and solving skills required
