AutoMillennium Group is looking for a Recruiter to join our team.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Hiring Managers to understand and fill their staffing requirements
• Manage and own full recruitment cycle
• Screen and evaluate candidates against the requirements and briefs provided
• Be creative and proactive in identifying qualified candidates
• Arrange interviews and follow-up closely on the feedback
• Respond to candidates’ queries and give them positive experience of our recruitment process
• Develop talent pools on assigned positions
• Liaise with mobilization team to ensure candidates will be onboarded as per target dates
• Stay on top of your assigned requisitions and projects including on time updates of our recruitment tracking system.
• Qualification Required: Bachelors
