Job Title: Real Estate sales Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of our real estate portfolio, including residential, commercial, and retail properties.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize property value and enhance operational efficiency.
Supervise leasing activities, tenant relations, and property maintenance.
Negotiate lease agreements, sales, and acquisitions on behalf of the company.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Manage relationships with brokers, agents, and contractors to ensure smooth transactions.
Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to ensure profitability and cost control.
Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate laws and regulations, and stay updated on relevant legal and market developments.
Lead and mentor a team of property management staff.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate management, preferably in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and property laws.
Proven track record in property leasing, acquisitions, and management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficient in property management software and MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
