Description:

We are looking a candidate for Quantity Surveyor at a landscaping company in Dubai, UAE.

Project: The Valley Development Phase 1B Landscape Works + Retail Center – EMAAR

Requirements: The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in landscape work.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing & submitting Interim Payment & getting it certified by the Engineer to issue the Payment Certificate in coordination with the Project Manager
• Notifying for the Variation Claims for drawings differing from Tender Stage.
• Raising the Variation Claim and further processing for the submission & approval of RFC, CPA, RCPA & DVVO to the Engineer until Final Approval.
• Evaluating the new items with Rate Analysis.
• Working on the Cost Saving for the items requested by Client.
• Certifying Subcontractor Payment based on the Invoices raised.
• Preparing & submitting the Cash Flow.
• Tracking for the Work Inspection request and coordinating with PM prior to Interim Payment Submission.
• Sending Enquiries to the Subcontractors for quotation of any additional items requested.
• Scrutening the enquiries and preparing Comparison Statement.
• Drafting & replying to the Commercial Letter from the Engineer/Client.
• Taking off project quantities for procurement including BBS.
• Preparation of BOQ
• Preparing Asset Register as per Emaar Format.
