We’re Hiring: Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing costs related to construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining quality and regulatory standards.

1. Quantity Surveyor

Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Type: Full-time

Immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
Analyze construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Track project expenditures and ensure cost control measures are in place.
Prepare tender documents, contracts, and procurement strategies.
Negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to achieve cost-effective solutions.
Conduct site visits to assess work progress and verify claims.
Monitor variations, change orders, and their financial impact.
Ensure compliance with UAE construction laws, building regulations, and industry standards.
Assist in dispute resolution, claims management, and final account settlement.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to optimize costs and efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, FIDIC contracts, and local building regulations..
Proficiency in [AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Excel, CostX, etc.].
