Description:
Dental Studio is seeking a professional and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join its growing dental team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about patient care, enjoys working in a clinical environment, and has strong communication and coordination skills.
The selected candidate will act as a key link between patients and clinical staff, ensuring smooth treatment planning, clear communication of procedures, and a positive patient experience. This position also plays an important role in supporting treatment acceptance and enhancing overall clinic performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage patient treatment plans from consultation to completion.
• Clearly explain treatment options, procedures, and financial plans to patients.
• Support patients in understanding recommended treatments and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate patient records using dental software and CRM systems.
• Work closely with dentists and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient flow.
• Follow up with patients to improve treatment acceptance and satisfaction.
• Provide front desk and administrative support when required.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in a dental or healthcare environment.
• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Patient Care Coordinator, or Front Desk Coordinator is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
• Confident in presenting treatment plans and financial options professionally.
• Sales-oriented mindset with ability to convert consultations into confirmed treatments.
• Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in dental practice management software, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Patient coordination, dental treatment planning, and healthcare workflows.
• CRM systems, appointment management, and patient communication.
