The selected candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong relationships with enterprise clients and senior decision-makers. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies and high-impact projects across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across UAE and GCC markets.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and enterprise clients.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and go-to-market strategies.

• Conduct market research to identify new business growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, technical, finance, and delivery units.

• Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and business forums.

• Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM systems.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in IT services, software solutions, digital transformation, or technology consulting sales.

• Must be currently based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

• Strong understanding of UAE & GCC business markets.

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.

• Knowledge of SDLC, ERP, CRM, cloud technologies, APIs, and system integrations.

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, MBA, or related field.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. Hindi or Urdu is a plus.

Strong knowledge of:
