The club is currently hiring for the positions of Fitness Centre Manager and Personal Trainer. Successful candidates will play an important role in supporting members through high-quality fitness services, maintaining a safe and welcoming facility, and contributing to the club’s commitment to outstanding wellness experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the daily operations of the Fitness Centre and swimming pool while ensuring a safe, clean, and premium environment.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the fitness team to maintain high service standards.
• Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized training programs for members.
• Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions and facilitate engaging group fitness classes.
• Encourage member participation while promoting personal training services and wellness initiatives.
• Monitor client progress and provide ongoing motivation to help members achieve their fitness goals.
• Manage fitness equipment maintenance, operational budgets, and coordination with external fitness partners.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining company service standards.
Requirements:
• Certified Personal Trainer (REPs UAE, NASM, ACE, or equivalent).
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience for the Fitness Centre Manager role.
• Previous experience within the fitness industry is preferred for the Personal Trainer role.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service abilities.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to enhance member engagement and revenue opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Fitness assessments and personalized exercise programming.
• Personal training techniques and group fitness instruction.
• Health & safety regulations, equipment maintenance, and member service excellence.
