The Deal Desk Specialist will join a fast-paced and collaborative environment, working closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Security, and IT teams across global regions. This role focuses on optimizing the Lead-to-Cash process, supporting deal execution, improving sales efficiency, and ensuring smooth operational workflows across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted advisor to Sales teams and support complex deal-related processes.
• Manage and triage Deal Desk Salesforce queues and requests.
• Support deal structuring, order forms, system updates, and reporting.
• Identify and resolve deal-related issues that may delay closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and efficiency.
• Participate in training, mentoring, and enablement of Deal Desk team members.
• Support data quality assurance and sales operations improvement initiatives.
• Escalate critical deal issues when required and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain documentation and assist with ongoing sales enablement programs.
• Work on special projects related to process improvement and system optimization.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Deal Desk.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to adjust working hours based on business needs.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Salesforce CPQ and Deal Desk workflows.
• Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
• Sales operations, order-to-cash processes, and reporting systems.
