Responsibilities:
- Research potential vendors.
- Compare and evaluate offers and supplies from vendors.
- Review and check quality of purchased products.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
- Enter vendor details into internal database day to day.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on purchases, including cost analysis.
- Monitor stocks and placing orders on need to refill.
- Negotiate and maintain cost reduction with suppliers.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience as Purchaser or purchasing agent.
- Knowledge in dealing with vendors or liaising.
- Experience in preparing financial reports and cost estimation
- Fluent in English language.
