Description:

We are searching for a qualified & dynamic Proposals Manager stationed at the HQ office in Abu Dhabi, holding the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of overall experience as a proposals/tender engineer, including min. 2 years in UAE with an engineering design consultant.
• Demonstrates expertise in evaluating RFPs, creates pricing, technical and commercial proposals, and ensures their completion.
• Demonstrates expertise in developing effective proposal strategies, negotiating, benchmarking pricing, and managing pricing for design and construction supervision projects.
• Proactive, confident, engaged, reliable and can perform independently with minimal supervision to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment responsible.
• Ability to implement salesforce and manage the pipeline, as well as post-award contract documentation with the support of document controllers. Additionally, they oversee the production of proposals, including desktop publishing, proofreading, editing, printing, and binding.
• Possesses strong coordination skills to manage proposal efforts with discipline engineers, contracts, and other relevant heads of sections and executives, as well as subconsultants.
• Ability to work with the latest relevant softwares.
• Ability to extract project scopes, milestones, resources, and cost sources from RFPs, pricing invitations, and contractual documents, including receiving, reviewing, and extracting all necessary information from potential clients.
• Possesses excellent control and monitoring abilities to ensure the status of proposal development-related documents for completeness and compliance with RFP requirements achieving the best discriminating presentations.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Holding a valid UAE residence visa would be an added advantage.
