We’re looking to hire a Property Manager to join our team.

Summary:

A property manager is responsible for efficiently managing of residential and commercial properties. This involves determining rates, improving occupancy, managing operating expenses, handling tenant relations, overseeing maintenance, and improve property value

Responsibilities:

  • Site & Property Management:
  • Property Services Supervision, Repairs, and Maintenance
  • Ensure Health and safety
  • Automation and innovation
  • Major Maintenance Issue handled
  • Supervised Property Improvement in the managed project
  • Increase property value
  • Implement Energy saving initiatives

Budget Preparation:

  • Preparation of Property Budget
  • Ensure budget approval
  • Rental collection, dealing with late payments, and handling operating expenses.
  • Preparing reports on the financial performance of properties.

Leasing & Occupancy:

  • Commercial & Residential Leasing
  • Knowledge of Ejari procedure
  • Law and regulation of leasing in the UAE
  • Attracting new tenants through advertising, property viewings, and encouraging referrals.
  • Terminating leases and initiating eviction proceedings.

Administration and Communication:

  • 100% Compliance with law and regulations
  • 100% Renewal of Insurance Coverage
