Description:

We are looking to hire a Procurement Administrator for IFFCO Animal Feed Business in Sharjah, UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in handling raw materials like Vitamins, Minerals, Enzymes, additives, and chemicals, both from local & overseas Suppliers.
• Experience in handling shipments clearance as well as import permit approvals from the ministry of Climate change & Environment (MOCCAE).
• Experience in handling Quality department requirements like third-party analysis, lab instruments, lab chemicals, and any certification & training requirements.
• Experience in handling packaging materials both from local & overseas suppliers.
• Alternative new product development & new supplier development.
• Supplier Agreements, Payment terms, Vendor Negotiation, coordination with internal departments & external stakeholders etc.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in procurement department of Animal Feed Business.
• Skills: Chemicals Product Knowledge, Global market awareness, Freight Handling, Contracts Management
• Education: B. E / B.Tech in Chemical or BSC chemistry.
