Description:
Habtoor Motors is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Parts Sales to become part of its growing automotive team in the UAE. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in automotive parts sales and dealer network management, particularly within Japanese passenger and commercial vehicle brands.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving parts sales performance, expanding dealer relationships, and achieving business growth targets. This role also involves leading and mentoring a sales team while ensuring operational excellence through effective planning and system utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive parts sales performance and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Lead, coach, and support the parts sales team to enhance performance.
• Monitor sales activities and implement strategies to improve business growth.
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office tools for reporting, planning, and daily operations.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive parts sales or dealer management.
• Hands-on experience with Japanese passenger car and commercial vehicle brands.
• Proven ability to achieve sales, profitability, and growth objectives.
• Strong dealer relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Experience in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is preferred.
