Freyssinet is looking for a Procurement and Logistics Officer position in the Middle East head office in Dubai.

As a hashtag#ProcurementAndLogisticOfficer you will handle all purchasing and deliveries of materials and equipment as per site requirements, in coordination with the operations team and company warehouse.

Job responsibilities:

• To be in contact with suppliers and obtain quotations,
• To prepare suppliers evaluation and purchase orders,
• To follow up on all activities related to procurement: import, export, receiving, clearance, etc.,
• To centralize and organize site requests in term of materials and equipment delivery,
• To maintain records of deliveries on each site and assist in project cost control,
• To check invoices from suppliers before their approval.

Job requirements:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in United Arab Emirates,
• Fluency in English.
