Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules, including milestones, critical paths, and resources.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure the project timeline is accurate and achievable.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide solutions to mitigate delays.
• Prepare and maintain progress reports, schedule updates, and other relevant documentation.
• Support in the development of project strategies and provide input on resource allocation and project timelines.
• Assist in the procurement process and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with all project teams to ensure smooth communication and adherence to timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6 etc..).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and project coordination.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in both large-scale and small-scale projects is preferred.
