Elite Group Holding is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join its automotive dealership team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for sales professionals with a strong background in vehicle sales and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets.
The successful candidate will manage the complete vehicle sales cycle, from generating leads to delivering vehicles, while building lasting customer relationships and maintaining in-depth knowledge of vehicle features, pricing, finance options, and after-sales services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to vehicle delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, product demonstrations, and test drives.
• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into successful sales.
• Provide customers with accurate information on vehicle features, pricing, finance, and after-sales services.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
Requirements:
• Previous automotive dealership experience is mandatory.
• Proven track record in vehicle sales and achieving sales targets.
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• UAE automotive market experience is preferred.
