Description:

We are looking for a Production Planning Coordinator for our Planning Department based in Dubai, Jebel Ali Freezone.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications.

• Production Planning Co-Ordinator 
• Updating cut order in the system on daily basis.
• Following up with HO Merchant to get approval for the Hiking Marker.
• Releasing Extra fabric & posting in web Art.
• Reviewing Extra request figure with Cutting dept. & back-office merchant.
• Preparing Job Contract (CM) for respective factories.
• Monthly follow up for FCR, MCR and OCR with stock lot department & respective factories.
• SDO follow up to close the monthly shipments with shipping team for respective factories and updating them in the system.
• Responsible for ATC closing in the Web Art.
• Preparing MCD (Multiple country declaration) for buyers.
• Follow up for Stock Fabric & Stock Trim with stock lot department.
• Taking approvals from HO merchants for the MCR / OCR completed garments and RM.
• Maintaining reports on the stock garments, fabric, and trims.
• Preparing Summary of stock garments for Buyer.
• Preparing invoices for stock sales in Kenya and Ethiopia.
• Handling Ironing and Packing orders of Dubai International Knitting.
• Preparing weekly production reports for the buyers JCP and KB and follow up the production with the respective manufacturing plants.
• Coordinating with the buyers for early shipment requests, delivery extension and short shipment requests.
• Follow up with the BO merchants on the sub con style production and shipment.

The salary budget for this position is AED 3000 plus other benefits.
