Hriing Planning Engineer (Interior Fit Out)
Arco Interiors is looking for an ambitious and dynamic Planning Engineers (𝗺𝗶𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹) with a strong background in architecture and interior fit-outs (preferred, not mandatory).
Key Roles:
- Develop fully resource loaded Baseline programs
- Develop and maintain streamlined and comprehensive planning, forecasting.
- Work closely with senior management to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of operations
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper project operational parameters.
- Preparation of Upstream and Downstream Contractual Letters / communications with stake holders
- Preparation of Detailed claims analysis and Extension of Time
- Ability to handle Client and Consultant requirements
- Ability to generate deliverables under short notice
- Ability to prepare Tender Programs
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architecture / Mechanical Engineering
- Experience Required:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in UAE (mid-level Planning Engineer)
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in UAE (Senior Planning Engineer)
- Proficient in Planning Software (Primavera, Advanced Excel etc.)
- Outstanding communication and people management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to generate reports and Management Information System (MIS).
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
