Description:

We are urgently looking for a Payment back-end Manager

Project Duration: 6 months (extendable)

Languages: Arabic & English mandatory

Requirements:

• Education and Certifications: Bachelors
• Computer Literacy:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Competencies:

• Strong financial accounting knowledge
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Advanced skills in digital system use and management
• Strong understanding of validation processes
• Strong understanding of recurrent eligibility malpractices and remedies
• Firm knowledge of UAE institutions and dynamics
• Ability to communicate clearly

Key responsibilities

• Focus: Focuses on the delivery of back-end processes and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end or customer care department.
• Assign: Assigns workload (user and partner reviews) to back-end office admin analysts
• Report: Report to Operation Service director on back-end operations, performance of analysts, any HR and operation needs, escalates to director major pending issues.
• Train: Trains, help and support analysts.
• Develop: Develops any additional processes as required by platform updates, identified gaps, and optimization opportunities.
• Approves payment batches: Approves monthly batches per initiative to be disbursed on a monthly basis
• Reviews: Reviews monthly batches to ensure correct financial disbursement (e.g., identify anomalies, identify misalignments in month-to-month movement in benefits to be issued, among other)
