GMS Dubai is inviting applications for the position of Head of Kindergarten for the 2026–2027 academic year. This leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced education professional who is passionate about early childhood learning and committed to maintaining high academic and teaching standards.

The successful candidate will lead the Kindergarten department, oversee curriculum implementation, mentor teaching staff, and foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Kindergarten department to ensure effective daily operations.

• Oversee curriculum planning, classroom instruction, and student assessment.

• Mentor, guide, and support Kindergarten teachers to enhance teaching quality.

• Monitor student progress and implement strategies to improve learning outcomes.

• Promote a safe, inclusive, and child-centred educational environment.

• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school leadership to support student development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a relevant field.

• B.Ed. qualification is preferred.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Kindergarten or Early Years education.

• Previous leadership or coordination experience in a school environment.

• CBSE school experience is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:
