Description:

KAEFER is currently hiring four Planning Engineers for immediate site-based opportunities in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for engineering professionals with experience in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring who are looking to contribute to large-scale projects within a collaborative work environment.

The selected candidates will be responsible for developing project schedules, monitoring timelines, coordinating with project teams, and preparing progress reports. Applicants with Gulf experience are preferred, but it is not mandatory. Candidates without Primavera (P6) experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and update project schedules throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions.

• Coordinate with site, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Assist in resource allocation and manpower planning.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.

• Support project planning activities to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• 4–6 years of relevant project planning or engineering experience.

• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.

• Gulf experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of Primavera (P6) is an advantage; candidates without Primavera experience are welcome to apply.

• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary site and project teams.
