Description:
Operations Manager – UAE. Dubai
For a luxurious collection of hotel apartments. Reporting to CEO & providing functional assistance, in overseeing the complete operations.
Give support to the Guests Services team in resolving guest complaints and handle service recovery process;
Coordinate functions of the front office, housekeeping and maintenance departments.
Establish and maintain effective internal communication to ensure optimum teamwork and productivity;
Monitor the guests’ feedback on all OTA’s and company’s guest surveys, and do as necessary to ensure upkeep ratings
Monitor properties by conducting frequent, comprehensive inspections on a regular basis to ensure all properties are kept in optimal condition;
Monitor applicable laws and regulations and ensure full implementations of preventive maintenance programmers
As significant experience in a similar role, preferably within a well-reputed 5* hotel and/or international property;
Hotelier background is a must – Front Office or Operations Management;
UAE, international or easily transferable driving license is required
