The opportunity:

• We are in a period of growth and are looking to hire a Procurement,
• Logistics & Reconciliation Executive to join our wonderful, energetic team in Dubai.
• As Procurement, Logistics & Reconciliation Executive, you will support the Finance and Operations functions through efficient, accurate and timely coordination and administration of Raw Material Procurement, Retail and Distributor Customer Logistics and
• Finance Reconciliations. There will also be frequent collaboration with the Design Team and Marketing Manager for the specifics of Trims and Packaging to purchase.
• You will be responsible for Bank reconciliations & Inventory adjustments, procurement of raw materials, finished goods and Marketing Materials as well as preparation of customs documents for direct deliveries.
• You will be responsible for ensuring Policies & Procedures are being followed and improved, while juggling many duties with different timelines, maximising opportunities to meet COÉGA Sunwear growth plans.

Who you are:

• You are an individual with interpersonal, communication and analytical skills and have over 3 years’ experience with Procurement & Logistics
• You are an organized and driven individual who enjoys numbers and have a great eye for detail. You have strong Excel Skills and are able to analyze large volumes of data and are able to plan resources to the maximum capacity, adapting to changing market conditions.
• You are one to use a systematic and logical approach to solving problem.
