We’re Hiring Junior Accountant
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team at our International City Phase 2 office. This is a full-time position requiring six working days per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MSExcel, including proficiency in VLOOKUP and other formulas, and at least six months of experience in an accounting role. Fluency in Hindi Urdu and English is a must.
Responsibilities Qualifications:
Financial Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Data Entry:
- Enter financial transactions into accounting software.
- Ensure all data is recorded accurately and promptly.
Reconciliation:
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and other accounts.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
MS Excel Tasks:
- Utilize MS Excel for various accounting tasks, including VLOOKUP and other advanced formulas.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to support financial analysis and reporting.
Support Senior Accountants:
- Assist senior accountants with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Provide support during audits and other financial reviews.
Experience:
- At least 6 months of experience in an accounting role.
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and other advanced formulas.
- Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting.
Language:
Fluency in Hindi/Urdu and English is required.
