Description:
RWS Group is seeking Italian Data Annotators to support AI model development through accurate labeling, evaluation, and curation of multilingual data. This remote position is designed for detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about improving the quality and reliability of modern artificial intelligence systems.
The role involves working closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure that annotated datasets meet strict quality standards. Candidates will contribute to improving generative AI and machine learning models by ensuring data accuracy and consistency across various formats including text, video, and geographic content.

Key Responsibilities:
• Annotate text, video, and geographic data according to strict guidelines
• Conduct basic research to ensure accurate and context-aware labeling
• Review and improve data quality through feedback and observations
• Maintain high accuracy and consistency in all annotation tasks
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders via virtual meetings
• Follow established workflows and continuously improve annotation quality
• Participate in training and adapt to evolving project requirements
Requirements:
• Native-level proficiency in Italian
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to work full-time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST)
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload independently
• Must pass client assessment and interview process
• Reliable personal computer for remote work
Preferred Qualifications:
