Description:

Crossover is hiring an Enrollment Coordinator to support operations for Alpha School’s expanding education network. This role is focused on managing high-volume student records, enrollment documentation, and data accuracy across multiple systems in a fully remote environment.

The position plays a critical operational role in ensuring that all student files, compliance records, and administrative data remain accurate, complete, and audit-ready. The work is detail-heavy and requires consistency, precision, and the ability to manage structured workflows without errors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review enrollment and intake documents for accuracy and completeness
• Manage student records, transcripts, medical files, and compliance documentation
• Input, update, and correct data in SIS, CRM, or database systems
• Monitor pending enrollment requirements and ensure timely processing
• Support registrar operations including attendance and file organization
• Maintain data integrity across multiple internal systems
• Assist with administrative workflows related to student enrollment operations

Requirements:

• Experience handling high-volume administrative or documentation-based work
• Strong ability to maintain accurate records in databases or SIS/CRM systems
