ATLAS Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Officer to join its General Contracting construction team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for a safety professional who is passionate about maintaining safe working environments and ensuring compliance with industry regulations across construction sites.

The selected candidate will play a key role in promoting workplace safety, conducting inspections, identifying potential hazards, and supporting compliance with UAE health and safety standards on active construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and enforce health and safety standards across construction sites
• Conduct routine site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance
• Prepare safety reports, incident records, and related documentation
• Assist in carrying out risk assessments and implementing corrective actions
• Ensure workers follow approved safety procedures and guidelines
• Support safety awareness programs and toolbox talks
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in building construction projects within the UAE
• Strong understanding of UAE health and safety regulations and requirements
• Experience with site inspections, safety monitoring, and hazard identification
• Familiarity with OSHAD requirements and industry safety standards
• Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures effectively
