We are looking for dedicated and knowledgeable IT Help Desk Executive to join our dynamic team. As an IT Help Desk Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing technical support to our staff and clients. You will be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, and your expertise will be vital in resolving problems promptly and efficiently.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries, issues, and requests. Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
• Respond to help desk tickets and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the security and integrity of our network and data.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of audiovisual equipment for events and presentations.
• Conduct software and hardware upgrades and updates as required.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures and troubleshooting guides.
• Assist with user onboarding and offboarding, including account creation and access management.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics as needed.
