We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team in Dubai! If you have a passion for talent acquisition, strong networking skills, and a keen eye for identifying top talent, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various job roles across departments.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases, reports, and analytics.
• Stay updated with market trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring regulations is a plus.
• Candidates should be available in Dubai
