Description:

Hiring HR Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).
  • Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves).
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, and leaves.
  • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
  • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information.
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars.
  • Handle recruitment, post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes.
  • Manage the department’s telephone center and address queries accordingly.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.
  • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing on boarding packages and explaining company policies.
  • Provide client’s recruitment solution and help clients maintain the employee records.
  • Manage the monthly KPI by updating all information and ensuring that all processes are working properly.
  • Manage all the daily requests from employees and work with the PRO on completing all PRO work.
  • Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
  • Directly in charge to follow up the labor camps occupancy plan, and maintain their states in conformity with the Municipality regulations.
  • Provide all the HR data’s and reports as required by the mother company, in coordination with the finance department.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator.
  • Must have UAE labor knowledge.
  • Hand on experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.
  • PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Any degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
  • Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
