At Tamani hotel marina are urgently looking for the below positions:

1. Bakery Chef De Partie

• Bread maker’s special
• Make Bread for sandwiches, pizzas, Manakish, Croissants, Puff pastry dough
• In depth knowledge of HACCP

2. Pastry Chef De Partie

• Create cakes, desserts, ice cream cookies
• Mise-en-place
• Make desserts a la carte
• Responsible for Decoration and presentation displays in Restaurant setup and Catering

3. Chef De Partie- Hot Kitchen (02)

• Experience and skills should include:
• Prepares Hot kitchen dishes, sandwiches, salad, pizzas and sauces, soups and appetizers
• Work with the catering and do the setup
• Specialized in International, Indian, Arabic and Asian cuisine
• Butchery
• Make reports and HACCP forms

4. Demi Chef De Partie- Garden Manger

5. Housekeeping associates

6. Bell Boys

7. Guest service agents (Receptionists) females

Candidates should be currently in Dubai and preferably have previous experience on a similar role. Also, Covid test is required prior to food tasting.
