Description:
insightsoftware is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented SEO Analyst to support content SEO, reporting and analytics, technical SEO execution, and website optimization initiatives. This role will contribute to large-scale website modernization and migration projects while working closely with Web Operations, Content, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Development, and Design teams.
The ideal candidate should have strong SEO expertise, experience analyzing search performance data, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations. This position requires someone comfortable working in a fast-paced enterprise environment with evolving priorities and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct keyword research to support content creation, optimization, and product alignment initiatives.
• Develop SEO content briefs with target keywords, search intent, content structure recommendations, and internal linking opportunities.
• Audit existing content for optimization opportunities, keyword cannibalization, thin content, and keyword performance changes.
• Support TOFU and MOFU content planning aligned with business priorities and product taxonomy.
• Optimize content using SEO optimization tools such as Clearscope.
• Build and maintain SEO dashboards and recurring reports using GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, CTR, impressions, and conversion performance.
• Analyze traffic changes caused by algorithm updates, website migrations, and seasonal trends.
• Conduct technical SEO audits using tools such as Screaming Frog and Sitebulb.
• Identify and troubleshoot crawl, indexation, canonical, redirect, and hreflang issues.
• Support migration quality assurance and redirect validation activities.
• Assist with structured data and schema markup implementation.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals and provide recommendations to technical teams.
• Collaborate with Web Operations, Development, Design, Content, and Product Marketing teams on SEO initiatives.
• Manage SEO-related workflows and tasks through Wrike.
• Support AI search visibility and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) initiatives.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience in a B2B, SaaS, or enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with content SEO, keyword research, and content brief development.
• Experience using GA4 and Google Search Console for SEO reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Clearscope.
• Ability to convert SEO data into actionable business insights.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Experience supporting enterprise website migrations and redirect validation is preferred.
• Familiarity with Looker Studio or Power BI reporting is preferred.
• Understanding of technical SEO concepts including canonicals, hreflang, schema markup, and crawl optimization is preferred.
• Experience working within multi-brand or multi-product organizations is preferred.
• Exposure to modern CMS or JAMstack environments such as Astro, Storyblok, or Vercel is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI search visibility and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) concepts is preferred.
• Experience using project management platforms such as Wrike is preferred.
