We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support the Financial Services division’s four Regional Executive Vice Presidents. This role is critical in ensuring seamless executive operations, effective time management, and smooth coordination of leadership priorities across the organization.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, ensuring strategic initiatives are well-coordinated, communication is streamlined, and executive focus is protected at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars with strategic scheduling, prioritization, and time-blocking

• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level requests and communications

• Screen and prioritize meeting requests based on urgency and business relevance

• Anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve calendar issues proactively

• Protect executive focus time for strategic planning and decision-making

• Coordinate leadership cadence including weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings

• Prepare executive materials such as presentations, scorecards, and business reviews

• Draft and manage internal and external communications on behalf of leadership

• Support coordination of strategic initiatives across departments and teams

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Organize meetings, events, agendas, and follow-up action tracking

• Arrange travel logistics, itineraries, and optimized scheduling

• Track expenses and support administrative financial processes

• Ensure smooth execution of executive engagements and corporate events

Requirements:

• 7–10+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Experience managing multiple executive calendars and travel arrangements
