An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Clinical Relations Officer to join a healthcare organization committed to delivering high standards of patient care and clinical excellence. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in clinical governance, physician relations, healthcare operations, and clinical data management.

Reporting directly through the Clinical Relations Department to the Chief Medical Officer, the successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating with physicians, medical departments, and healthcare personnel. The position supports various initiatives related to clinical quality, physician engagement, governance activities, and operational effectiveness across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, analytical, and data presentation skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clinical governance programs and healthcare quality initiatives

• Coordinate with physicians, medical departments, and healthcare personnel

• Assist in physician engagement and relationship management activities

• Monitor and support clinical performance and operational improvement initiatives

• Analyze clinical data and prepare reports for management and stakeholders

• Facilitate communication between clinical departments and leadership teams

• Support the implementation of healthcare policies, procedures, and governance standards

• Assist with quality improvement projects and compliance-related activities

• Prepare presentations and reports related to clinical operations and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline

• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience

• Previous supervisory experience in a similar functional area
