Description:
Farhood Perfumes is looking for a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to join its team in Dubai. This full-time role is ideal for bilingual professionals who are fluent in both Arabic and English and have experience supporting sales operations in a fast-paced business environment.
The selected candidate will coordinate sales activities, maintain customer records, prepare reports, and work closely with clients and the warehouse team to ensure smooth order processing and excellent customer service. Experience within the perfume, cosmetics, or FMCG industry will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer orders, quotations, and invoices accurately.
• Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with clients and the warehouse team to ensure timely order processing.
• Prepare sales reports and documentation using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Support the sales team with daily administrative and coordination tasks.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and smooth communication between departments.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or sales coordination.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
• Experience in the perfume, cosmetics, or FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
