Novel Hotel City Center is seeking a motivated and analytical Revenue Executive to join its hospitality team in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily room inventory, room availability, pricing structures, and competitor rates
• Support and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR)
• Manage OTA channels and ensure rate parity across all booking platforms
• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns
• Prepare revenue reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to align revenue objectives
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning activities
• Identify new revenue-generating opportunities and improve overall yield performance
• Ensure accurate distribution of rates and inventory across reservation systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in revenue management, reservations, or front office operations
• Previous hospitality industry experience is preferred
