The organization is currently hiring a Renewal Specialist to manage and optimize the renewal lifecycle for OEM hardware, software maintenance contracts, and SaaS subscription agreements. The role plays a critical part in protecting recurring revenue and ensuring high customer satisfaction through accurate renewals and strong client engagement.

The selected candidate will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations teams to manage renewals, prepare quotes, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain accurate forecasting data in Salesforce. This role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to revenue retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end renewal lifecycle for assigned customer accounts

• Track and execute renewals for OEM maintenance and SaaS subscriptions

• Prepare and deliver accurate renewal quotes and pricing proposals

• Identify renewal risks and coordinate mitigation strategies

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations teams

• Maintain accurate renewal data, forecasting, and documentation in Salesforce

• Support customer inquiries related to pricing, contracts, and renewals

• Assist in resolving billing and payment-related issues with internal teams

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Renewals, or Customer Operations

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

• Strong knowledge of:

• Salesforce CRM and renewal workflows

• SaaS or subscription-based business models

• Pricing, quoting, and contract management processes

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational abilities

• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments

• Experience in technology, SaaS, or OEM industry preferred

COMPENSATION:

• $75,000 – $100,000 per year (OTE including base + bonus)
