We’re looking for an Operations Manager to join our team in the UAE.
Now there are some minimum criteria as always:
- You must be based in GCC today and require no more than 6 weeks joining time if successful
- 6 years of operations/project management experience in the WESTERN oil & gas sector
- 3 years of experience in the Middle East in a similar role
- Background industrial services
- Engineering and Project Management qualification
- Commercial & technical acumen
What you’ll do:
- Lead daily operations and ensure smooth project execution
- Manage budgets, contracts and financial performance
- Oversee HSE compliance, incident reporting and quality standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead and develop a high performing team
