Description:
A reputed international trading organization is seeking an experienced Manager – Operations & Administration to establish and oversee its Dubai operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in building the company’s local presence while collaborating with overseas management teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing operational setup, regulatory compliance, banking activities, and office administration. The role also involves coordinating with sourcing teams, buyers, vendors, and government authorities to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations and future business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish office operations, corporate banking facilities, and complete business registration processes.
• Manage banking transactions, remittances, trade documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with overseas management, Vietnam sourcing teams, buyers, and local business partners.
• Ensure timely compliance with VAT, Corporate Tax, Trade License, Visa, and WPS requirements.
• Oversee office administration, vendor management, and support future team expansion.
Requirements:
• 5–8 years of experience in Operations or Administration within a UAE trading company.
• Experience in the garment or textile industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of UAE banking procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently with banks, government authorities, accountants, and legal advisors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
