FINN Partners is seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist to join its Strategy and Insights team remotely. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who can transform complex business challenges, audience insights, and market intelligence into clear marketing directions and impactful solutions.
The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner for clients, helping shape marketing strategies from initial problem definition through execution and measurable results. The role will primarily support financial services clients while collaborating with creative, account management, media, and project teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a strategic partner for agency accounts by building alignment between client leadership and internal teams.
• Support marketing initiatives from strategy development through execution to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Collaborate with creative, account, and project management teams to translate strategic direction into actionable deliverables.
• Participate in client leadership discussions to understand business goals, audience needs, and operational challenges.
• Identify strategic growth opportunities and provide recommendations to strengthen client partnerships.
• Analyze insights across multiple business areas and develop reusable strategic frameworks.
• Create and maintain brand positioning strategies that guide messaging, content, and marketing programs.

Requirements:
• 8 to 10+ years of experience in an integrated marketing agency or similar environment.
• Proven experience developing and implementing marketing strategies within regulated industries.
• Financial services industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing, creative briefs, and strategic frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Working knowledge of marketing channels including traditional media, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with marketing tools including LLMs, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and related platforms.
• Ability to use AI tools for research, content development, and strategic insights while applying sound judgment.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with occasional client travel.
