Description:
Shriji Trading FZCO is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join its growing finance team in Dubai. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced trading environment and enjoys working with financial planning, management reporting, and business performance analysis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate management information, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, developing financial models, and ensuring the integrity of financial data across the organization. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel expertise, and the ability to provide meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare daily and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports with clearly defined sources, ownership, and reporting timelines.
• Develop and maintain segment-wise profit and loss reports, including direct and indirect cost allocations.
• Manage and monitor live trading performance trackers and executive management dashboards.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets and rolling 12-month financial plans.
• Conduct budget-versus-actual analysis and provide detailed variance commentary.
• Develop cost allocation methodologies and unit economics models to support business decisions.
• Establish KPI definitions, reporting scorecards, and standardized reporting templates.
• Identify and help resolve source-data discrepancies to improve reporting accuracy and data quality.
Requirements:
• CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in multi-entity and multi-segment management accounting environments.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with Power BI is considered an advantage.
• Exposure to trading, commodities, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
