Key Responsibilities:
Kitchen Commis III:
• Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen preparation and operations
• Support mise en place and food preparation activities
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across assigned kitchen stations
• Follow kitchen Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety guidelines
• Assist in maintaining smooth workflow during service hours
Kitchen Supervisor:
• Supervise daily kitchen operations and coordinate team activities
• Ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of food items
• Monitor hygiene standards and food safety compliance
• Manage kitchen staff schedules and workflow efficiency
• Ensure adherence to PIC certification standards and HACCP regulations
• Support training and guidance of kitchen team members
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of UAE or Dubai-based kitchen experience
• Strong knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations and food safety standards
• Kitchen Supervisor applicants must hold a valid PIC certificate
• Must be currently on Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa
• Immediate availability for interview and joining in Dubai
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment
